At least it is there in the city of Graz, the capital of the Austrian province of Styria. The App was developed by the Anti-Discrimination Office of the provincial government; it can be downloaded on smart phones and tablets, facilitating the reporting of hate speech in the city.
Notified hate postings are not only reported but can be prosecuted, generating a strong community against hate.

In our world increasingly threatened by violence against “the others”, this can be a very important step towards a more civilised society.
